Responsible for managing all aspects of Payroll, including Human Resources, for restaurant group.
Responsible for processing payroll through ADP for all exempt and non-exempt employees.
-Weekly verifying and correcting of employee hours.
-Processing changes, adding in new hires and maintaining payroll records as needed.
-Responsible for administering benefit programs when employees become eligible.
-Conducts Open Enrollment each November to enroll eligible employees in the
-Provides documents, employment verification, references, etc. when appropriate per employee request.
-Processes all government agency requests regarding unemployment insurance claims, child support questionnaires, department of social services questionnaires, etc.
Qualifications:
-Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
-Proficient in Microsoft; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
-ADP Payroll experience.
-Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment with limited guidance.
-Above average communication skills, the ability to work with all levels of employees and management and the ability to convey a positive and professional image.
