I am a fun and engaging woman with Cerebral Palsy living independently and I need assistance with activities of daily living. I am looking for someone that is comfortable, experienced and able to support my needs, including showering, toileting, dressing, housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry. I feel more comfortable working with a female aide. Equipment is provided in my home as needed. Looking for someone who wants a regular weekly schedule. I participate in the Consumer Directed Program (CDPAP) utilizing Companion Care of Rochester as your hiring agency, which requires updated medical and PPD. Must have reliable transportation and good referencesTuesday 10pm-8am Wednesday Also, backup which means I will call you if my other staff is off or calls in.
