Soon to be, 32 year-old, intelligent young man needs an LPN or RN for High Tech Homecare Case to provide Skilled Nursing & Companionship, ADL'S, Bathing, Giving Medications and Maintaining a Clean, Safe Area, etc. He is a Vent-Dependent, Quadriplegic. He has a, Tracheostomy tube, a Nephrostomy Tube & and he has a Gastrostomy tube. He gets Straight-cathed and Suctioned. Patient is Very Intelligent and Enjoys a Good Conversation. Despite All he's been through, He Has a Great Outlook on Life!
You must bill Medicaid direct and have NPI # and Medicaid #.
Should have some work experience, but will train.
