At Branca Midtown, we deliver authentic Italian-inspired dishes made with passion and precision. Many of our menu items are made from scratch, and as a Sauté Cook, you’ll play a key role in bringing those creations to life, from sautéing on the line to crafting unforgettable dishes for our guests.

What You’ll Do:
- Line and prep cook, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate.
\- Collaborate with chefs and teammates to execute dishes that meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to kitchen standards.
- Contribute to a positive team environment that values hard work, creativity, and passion for food.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sautéing and line cooking.
- Previous experience working in a similar environment is great but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
- A team-focused, positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating flavorful, beautifully plated dishes.
