We are an historic event space comprised of a full-service wine bar, with craft cocktails (W- Sat), a speakeasy (Tu & Wed), but primarily an event space with many options/rooms etc.
We won't have a set schedule, however we generally have at least 2 events per week. Our events can be daytime, afternoons, or evenings, weekdays and weekends. We are looking for someone with some flexibility, not someone with a full-time day job, per se.
A few specific things we are looking for in a candidate are:
Capable of handling a cocktail heavy menu, not your G&Ts but more of a craft cocktail, skillfully, neatly and quickly
Time management and multitasking are a must
Fast, efficient, friendly service
A candidate who is comfortable chatting and getting to know people; we have a lot of regulars
Knows how to stock a bar and leave it clean
