cook/sous chef

Hello! We are in search of a cook/sous chef. We need someone with experience; event experience preferred. We don't need you to have a culinary degree, happy if you do, but we need someone with more experience than a fast casual / fast food cook. We are an event space mainly but also have a wine bar with food, a speakeasy, with food, and we do events of all types and styles from brunches to weddings to afternoon teas. You have to be available for all shifts though we never have a late night; rarely past 10 PM. We don't have a fryer or have a sauté line going but we are prepping and cooking all the time. We would like to find someone who is a hardworking, dedicated, interested, reliable, shows up and is ready to join a good crew. It is not a high-pressure kitchen but one that evolves as we evolve and grow.
