Lead and inspire our talented Culinary team with creativity and discipline. Design and execute Seasonal menus, and weekly specials featuring the finest ingredients. Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. Collaborate closely with ownership and FOH to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Oversee day to day operations, ordering, staffing and supplier relations.
