Your voice is heard, and with that, you have an ability to make an impact on the organization and influence your professional growth.STATUS: FTLOCATION: Hybrid | Onsite location 160 Elmgrove park Rochester, NYDEPARTMENT: Study SupportSCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 11:30am -8pm | Saturday RotationATTRIBUTESBachelors degree required or 1 yr customer service or clinical trials experience requiredPositive attitude and ability to follow directionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsRESPONSIBILITIESProject Management Assistance.Support study setup and management activities as required in conjunction with the Project Manager; during the setup phase, support and generate initial kit documents; perform setup duties for investigator sites at the start of a clinical trialGeneral Assistance.Assist the Project Manager with administrative tasks such as answering incoming phone calls and emails, issue on-demand patient reports and manage alert notifications as required by the studyData Entry & Documentation.Enter general study information, site and monitor details, study visit entry and test association, including blinding, into LIMS and perform quality controlPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.PAY RANGE: $21.00 - $23.00The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future.
