RESPONSIBILITIES
Billing & Claim Management.Monitor electronic billing records to assure timely and accurate submissions; assure timely and accurate paper claim submissions; perform billing follow-up procedures; monitor aged receivables to assure accounts do not exceed timely file limits;
Customer Relations.Process insurance rejections within an established time frame; research and respond to internal and external customer inquiries
Documentation.Accurate data entry, correct and adjust accounts as needed; manage month end report and logs; prepare and maintain patient billing files and related reports
