Part time sales clerk for locally owned self storage facilty
Responsibilities include:
Answer phones
Greeting potantial customers and Clients
Collecting and logging in payments
Basic computer skills - training provided for our specific software
Show customers storage units
Walking/driving around grounds to check on facilty doors and locks
Capable of opening a single car garage door
Sweeping/blowing out vacated units
Maintaining office organization and cleanliness
18- 20 hours a week usually 3 1/3 hours an afternoon Mon. - Fri. and 3 hours every other Saturday - closed Sundays
Good organizational skills
Reliable transportation to get to/from work and between facilities daily - we are not near a bus route
Great position for a retired person looking for extra income.
