A permanent position is currently open in our chiropractic office. We are looking for someone to perform numerous duties including data input, scheduling, filing, telephone communication, receiving payments, patient assistance, faxing, calling for lab results, light cleaning, Etc. and any other activities that will help our office run efficiently and smoothly. This position may transition into Full Time depending on your motivation and your willingness to learn new tasks.
You must have very proficient skills using a computer as the majority of tasks involve inputting data into our software programs. The person we are looking for MUST be health conscious, mature and professional in attitude and appearance. This is a fast paced, multi-tasking position. You will be on your feet for the entire shift and will need the energy and ambition to keep moving from the start to the end of your shift.
Training is included and intensive. You will be required to come in on days the office is closed for the initial training.
NOTE: HOURS CAN VARY DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRACTICE THAT CAN INCLUDE EMERGENCIES AS WELL AS THE NEED TO COVER FOR OTHER EMPLOYEES THAT CAN NOT WORK ON ANY GIVEN DAY. We are a small office and, therefore, covering for one another occasionally is necessary, but is very rare.
Training will be done in office. Minimum starting pay for the initial training period is $15.00 per hour (depending on experience will be adjusted) with a guaranteed raise to $16.50 after four weeks of initial training if you are able to complete basic tasks on your own.
Benefits are available and include paid personal / vacation time after one year. A 401K plan with a matching contribution and profit sharing is offered after one year of service with qualifying rules set by the government. You will qualify for the profit sharing regardless if you contribute or not to the plan. Health and Dental insurance is available after 45 days. We also have a Flex Spending (125K) Plan that you can participate in as well for unpaid dental and vision expenses. Also included is complementary chiropractic care and at cost supplements and durable items.
