- Work with the Infrastructure systems administrator team to implement short-term and long-term strategic plans to meet the existing and future requirements of the business
- Create policies, guideline, procedures, and associated training plans for systems resource administration and appropriate use
- Create and oversee policies, guidelines for system asset management, including maintenance of system component inventory, life cycle management and related documentation
- Ensure optimal operation of all servers, infrastructure application, including AD, E-mail servers, Office 365, WSUS, VMware, Cisco CUCM, etc
- Heavy project involvement
- IT Change Management
- Infrastructure Services
- Oversee policies, guidelines for the administration of user accounts, permissions, and the access rights in AD
- Leadership and mentorship of the rest of the Infrastructure team
- Prioritization of the infrastructure systems administration tasks
- Ensure that security policies are enforced through the infrastructure design
- Adhere to company policies and protocols
- After hours support and maintenance as necessary
- Travel as necessary
- Third Level support as needed
- 5+ years' experience as a Network Systems Administrator or 3+ years as a Network Systems Engineer
- Experience managing a phone system
- Expert knowledge and experience in configuring and administrating Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, Mail and SQL Servers
- Experience with cloud solution like AWS, Azure
- Intermediate knowledge with VMware technologies
- Intermediate knowledge with systems security concepts
- College degree in IT or a related field
- Experience implementing a phone system
- Experience designing a complete solution for a data center
- Intermediate to Expert knowledge with Cloud solution like AWS, Azure
- Strong experience in a process driven environment
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience with NetApp Storage system
- Experience with the Veeam backup suite
- Experience with OPManager
- Basic ITIL or Agile certification a plus
- Experience Administrating Cisco phone system and related components like Contact Center, Voicemail (Unity), Call Manager
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
