Assemble complex aerospace components, subassemblies, and final assemblies with precision according to detailed blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.

Utilize a wide range of tools and equipment, including torque wrenches, calipers, and micrometers, to ensure precise assembly.

Perform riveting, bonding, and sealing of aerospace components to meet stringent quality and safety standards.

Ensure that all components meet industry standards (AS9100, ISO 9001) and adhere to internal quality control procedures.

Conduct thorough inspections of work-in-progress to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and resolve any issues promptly.

Perform functional tests on completed assemblies, identifying and troubleshooting issues to ensure peak performance.

Collaborate closely with engineers, quality control teams, and fellow assemblers to maintain high production efficiency and quality.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and ensuring compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) control procedures.
