They are hiring for both of their onsites of

Rockleigh, NJ and Orangeburg, NY (onsite five days per week). Three shifts available are 7am-3:45pm, 8:45am-5:30pm 11am-7:45pm and will rotate monthly.

Qualifications:· Minimum 2-3 years working in a Service Desk environment· Excellent written and verbal communications skills· Strong technical background with the ability to speak with a non-technical audience· Ability to prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks· Strong customer service skills and attention to detail· Basic knowledge of deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstation hardwareand software· ITIL knowledge preferred· Ability to work independently and as part of a team· Must be able to lift 50 lbs
