Looking for a professional Airbnb cleaner who has 1 yr min experience cleaning rental homes. The property is 4 bedrooms, 2 baths farm house, with laundry room and office. This property has been professionally cleaned for the past 3 years, maintaining a 5 star =Superhost status on Airbnb. You must be able to do laundry, make the beds, sweep, mop, clean showers, kitchen, vacuum, dust, wood stoves, organize exterior deck, grill, take trash out, and be proactive in monitoring house maintenance, damage, and cleaning needs. The house usually requires 4-5 hours to clean, depending on size of crew, one or two people cleaning. Additional cleaning tasks such as window cleaning seasonally, couch cover as needed, bed protectors, and any deep cleaning needs. This is a year round rental with a busy season starting June-Nov. I have bookings this Feb that need servicing. Must be organized, good with communication, physically strong, and flexible. This house is well maintained, renovated, very clean and tidy. The guests booking have high exceptions for cleanliness, so we take the cleaning seriously. I'd like to find a long term fit.
