Must have knowledge of the trades and understand construction. Must be a energetic with good people skills. Must be able to do take-offs and assist in estimating while also managing construction projects. Must have strong verbal, written and presentation skill and interact well with employees/customers. Must be willing to work as a team member and be self motivated. Must excel at organization, time management, problem solving, material management and budgeting. Qualifications
Proficient in construction management software, project scheduling, and project coordination
Strong background in construction management and project management
Experience with ProCore, Submittal Exchange, and Primavera P6 is highly preferred
Familiarity with construction estimating
Ability to read blueprints, manage contracts, and demonstrate excellent time management skills
