Our housepainting and remodeling company is growing and needs an administrative assistant / bookkeeper. This will be a part-time, work-from-home, freelance position requiring approximately three hours per week. You will need to meet with the owner 1-2 times per week to exchange paperwork.
Duties include: input receipts, track payroll, balance accounts monthly, prepare tax forms, write up estimates & invoices, respond to customer emails, return phone calls/ schedule visits, order supplies online, handle personal tasks for the owner.
The job requires experience in bookkeeping, reliability, and communication skills.
You will be acting as an independent contractor, so you set the pay rate.
