Provide high quality, timely customer service in automotive repair

Maintain good working relationship with factories and department managers

-motivate , coach and lead team of 7+ technicians and 2 service advisors

effectively supervise and manage work load and scheduling of all service personnel

-Operate department in order to achieve overall business performance objectives, including sales, productivity and profitability-Assist in vehicle diagnosis , warranties and all repairs

Ensuring safety of all personnelin accordance with establish dealership and regulatory agencies

Work directly with service director to complete tasks and accomplish goals

Benefits

salary range $75-80k plus incentives pending experience
