Job Description:Client Specific Job Description: Technical Skills:
  • Windows 10 / Office 365 / OneDrive / MAC
  • PC hardware, printer and software troubleshooting skills which includes VPN tools
  • PC Imaging / End User Data Back-up
  • IMACs Installs, Move, Add, Change, Decommission
  • Remote Desktop support Additional skills include:
  • Excellent Customer facing skills, soft skills
  • Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common IT and business issues.
  • Follows established guidelines and SOP
  • Experience and understanding of ticketing systems and ticket life-cycle management (e.g. Service Now, etc.)
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Executive support experience (desirable) Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Enterprise-level clients with their PC support need
