Oracle Data Integrator/ETL developer Job Description IT team is in the process of building a unified data platform to help consolidate data from various applications and build a BI solutions from this. We are looking for Oracle Data Integrator/ETL developer with the ability to Perform analysis, design and development. Knowledge of star schema database design with solid experience in writing complex SQL queries, should have ability to create test data with referential integrity and Unix scripting experience. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team. What you need:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in developing solutions with knowledge of data warehousing technologies
- Knowledge and prior experience in Star Schema databases
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of project architecture, parallelism, performance tuning, debugging, and platform integrations
- Contribute to the technical design documents, use cases, test cases and user manuals for various projects
- Conduct bug fixing, code reviews, and unit, functional and integration testing
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Team Player who is willing to share ideas and accept feedback
- Should have strong design and development skills in Oracle ODI and Informatica tools
- Should be proficient in writing medium to complex level SQL queries
- Strong RDMBS knowledge with application DBA skills
- Should be experienced in writing complex UNIX shell scripts
- ETL Performance tuning and ETL best practices knowledge
- Should have previous work experience in both application development / support roles
- Requires good analytical / communication skills
- Prior experience in construction industry preferred
