We are looking for a Desktop Support Administrator responsible for building/deploying desktop and laptops images usingMicrosoft Deployment toolkit and SCCM, (now moving to Intune). Some responsibilities include:
- Windows 10
- Printer installations
- Mobile or smartphone installations
- Service Now Ticketing System
- Installing software(Citrix, Adobe DC or creative cloud, Guiding care, Allscripts, Toads, SAS EG, Oracle Developer, SQL management) and Imaging devices.
- VPN (AOVPN, Forticlient)
- Azure
- Active Directory
- SCCM
- Office 365
- Fortione
- Perceptive Content
- Disconnecting a system and reconnecting from different cubicles or office
- Knowledge in the following system( Lenovo A485, T14, T495, Carbin, x260, Yoga, Client Printers)
