DISPATCHER POSITION FOR FULL TIME AVAILABLE IN A TOWING COMPANY
Monday- Friday 7am-3pm, Sunday 9am-9pm.
Must have great customer service skills
Capable of handling high call volume
Effective and Pleasant Communication Skills with customers and drivers
Must be able to track, call customers, update carrier companies, take inbound and outbound calls
Effectively calculate ETA's and relay information to customers and drivers.
Keep track of records and maintain them.
We will provide training to qualified potential employees, references required, dispatching experience is a plus, Towbook is a plus
Weekly pay PLUS ability to EARN EXTRA with Commissions
