DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pick up and transport catering orders safely and punctually from restaurants to designated delivery locations, ensuring food quality and temperature maintenance.
Set up food displays and arrangements at delivery locations when requested by customers, following proper presentation standards.
Maintain excellent communication with support team and customers throughout the delivery process, ensuring high levels of service.
Follow appropriate dress code and professional appearance standards while representing the company.
Manage delivery schedule effectively to maximize earnings while maintaining service quality.
Handle multiple orders efficiently during peak breakfast and dinner service hours.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 21 years or older with valid driver's license and current car insurance
Personal vehicle in good working condition required
Must own or acquire 1-2 catering delivery bags for food transport
Smartphone with reliable GPS capability
Available to work between 9 AM - 2 PM for breakfast and occasional dinner deliveries
Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (Se Habla Español)
