We are a full-service sign and awning company with over 30 years of
experience in the industry. Our specialty lies in creating unique custom
designs and bringing them to reality in our state-of-the-art shop. We take
pride in our craftsmanship, and we're looking for an experienced welder
and fabricator to join our team.
We are currently seeking a skilled welder and fabricator with at least 5
years of experience in welding aluminum in the industry or construction
field. As a lead member of our team, your primary responsibility will be
to fabricate and weld structural aluminum components for our custom sign
and awning projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to
detail and a deep understanding of aluminum welding techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld aluminum components based on project specifications
- Read and interpret plans and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication
- Collaborate with our team to communicate project requirements
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all
fabrication work
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in welding aluminum in the construction
field
- Proficiency in structural aluminum fabrication techniques
- Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with computers to view and read plans would be a plus
