Greenpoint Brooklyn-based fabrication shop looking for Part-time, entry-level scenic carpenters/installers with basic building/production experience including:
-Relative experience in retail visual display, event set building, film or photo sets
-Know how to use power tools and hand tools including - miter saw, table saw, drills, drivers
-Experience building set flats, and other basic scenic elements
-Basic Painting - rolled and brushed. Spraying experience a +
-Understand simple shop drawings. Drafting experience a +
-Experience being on job sites for extended hours or overnight
-Driving Vans + Box Trucks
-Working cleanly, and safely
This is not a construction position.
