Part Time Meter Reader

Part time meter reader wanted to read electric, gas and water meters at retail/commercial properties as well as apartment complexes in the New York/New Jersey area. Must have flexible schedule to be able to read meters weekdays during business hours. There are 26 properties in total that range from Branchburg and Basking Ridge New Jersey from the west, to just east of NYC in the east. The farthest northern properties include Englewood NJ, Tarrytown and West Harrison NY. The farthest south properties range from Piscataway, New Brunswick, Avenel and Middletown Township in NJ. The rest of the properties are located in the NYC/Jersey City area. Most properties are smaller retail shopping centers that can be read in the same day. This also limits drive time, since most of the farther away sites can be read in one trip. All properties except 5 are read once each month, those sites will pay 3060.00 per month.
