Looking for a maintenance tech for a senior living community - Atria on the Hudson in Ossining, NY.
Must have basic maintenance skills such as HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, must be able to paint resident's apartments. Other maintenance duties as assigned.
Work Schedule as follows:
Mon - 8am - 4pm
Tues - 8am - 4pm
Wed and Thurs - OFF
Fri - 8am - 4pm
Sat - 12pm - 8pm
Sun - 12pm - 8pm
Must be flexible, schedule may change.
