This is a full-time role for a Project Estimator. The Project Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, estimating costs and timelines, and preparing project proposals. The Project Estimator will also be responsible for monitoring project budgets and coordinating with suppliers and contractors.
Qualifications:
- Construction Estimating and Project Estimation skills
- Experience in cost management and budgeting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in project management software and spreadsheets
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience necessary
