Job Posting: Office Manager – Bulk Electric LLC

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000/year (commensurate with experience) + Benefits
Bulk Electric LLC, a leading electrical contracting firm serving New York City, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team. We are looking for a professional who can seamlessly manage office operations and provide essential support to keep our business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client communications professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and distribute estimates, proposals, and invoices to clients.
- Coordinate with accounting for payroll processing and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Maintain accurate records of labor hours, projects, and financial transactions.
- Schedule and dispatch field crews to job sites as needed.
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as required.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including updating social media and website content.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar office management or administrative role, preferably in the construction or electrical contracting industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with teams.
