Our talented team of designers, video producers, and motion graphic artists work closely with our integrated Marketing, Colleague Experience, and Communications teams to provide creative direction and execution for internal and external media campaigns.

Job Description:
In this technical, hands-on role, Videographer/ Video Editor will be part of a team responsible for filming and editing video content that supports our research analysts, marketing campaigns, and internal and external corporate communications.
You will help manage the video equipment and media studio based in New York.
You will also help photograph NYC-based events and assist in the recording and editing of podcasts.
You are a team player, a brand ambassador, and a partner your internal stakeholders can count on.
You have a strong desire to produce best-in-class creative across all digital channels and can manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
You’ll bring your creativity to the table through our various video series that vary from talking head to a documentary-based approach.
You are a supportive member of the team and look for opportunities to share knowledge and expertise. You take initiative and are a fast learner with an adaptable mindset.

Required Education/ Experience:
Communication, media, and film studies- related to the role would be nice. More about the experience and the demo reel.
1 to 3 years, more so about the quality of their experience (ex strong technical experience and technical reel)
Must Haves:
1 - 3 years of relevant video production experience
Strong working knowledge of production cameras (Sony and Black Magic)
On-set experience in an execution-based role (Director, DP)
Experience in studio production environment with industry-standard lighting and audio equipment
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop)
Strong knowledge of creative best practices for web and social content (video, photo, and podcasts)
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable dealing with colleagues and presenting to business partners
Ability to manage several simultaneous projects and tasks in a demanding, deadline-oriented environment
Beginner / intermediate skills in (After Effects, Audition)
Able to travel domestically
