Mac computer consulting firm seeks an experienced individual to assist in managing and supporting its clients in NYC. The part-time, subcontractor work entails remote work. If you reside in the NYC metro area and can provide emergency onsite support as needed, this is a plus. The role includes managing sporadic support requests and MDM through the Addigy platform for the firm's MSP offerings.
A minimum of 3-years professional experience is required with supporting Macintosh computers regarding installation, troubleshooting and maintenance for both hardware and software. Experience with business and creative apps is also required. Firm supports UniFi networking devices as well.
