TheComputerStore in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a technicians assistant with strong sales and customer communication skills, to be in charge of incoming work orders, and communicate with clients updated status on service ticket. Individual must be comfortable around technology and a good communicator.

Cellphone repair experience a plus.

Responsibilities.

-Recommend products and solutions to walk-in customers. building repeat business through customer satisfaction.

-Maintain store standards and upkeep throughout the day

-Provide timely, complete, and accurate information directly to customers via face-to-face, telephone, text, and email

communication.

-Maintain a cash till, handle customer transactions and maintain the department by ensuring a clean work area is maintained

and inventory is accurately tracked.

We service and repair computers and cell phones. Additionally, the store also features a business center with computer kiosks and printing services.
