Job Description:
As a receptionist at our lash salon, you are the face of our brand, being the first point of contact for incoming clients. You will provide outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Book and Manage appointments through Boulevard
Answer client emails, phone calls, and text messages regarding their appointments and services
Greeting clients with a warm and friendly demeanor
Providing friendly, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining proper posture and attitude
Maintaining a clean and organized salon
Collaborating with our team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Driving conversions and sales when conversing with clients
Good computer skills
Being detail-oriented and have comfortability with multi-tasking.
Preferably bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin but must be very fluent in English.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Passion for the beauty industry and providing exceptional service
