Requirements:
Current New York State Cosmetology License
At least 3 years of hairstyling experience
A desire to grow your clientele and collaborate with top stylists
Work alongside our two skilled celebrity colorists in a tranquil salon atmosphere

Chair Rental Pricing options:
Freelance/drop-in rate $200 per day
Storage included with "3/4 time" or full time renters. All day access on your work days.
3 days per week either $180 paid daily or $520 paid weekly or $1800 paid monthly
4 days per week either $180 paid daily or $670 paid weekly or $2300 paid monthly
5 days per week either $160 paid daily $700 paid weekly or $2600 paid monthly
24/7 or 6 days per week monthly $2800 (could negotiate a weekly rate if desired)
Salon features:
-Semi private only 2 chairs. Owner there Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
-Split unit AC and heat both upstairs and down stairs
-Keypad entry (each tenant will have their own 6 digit code)
-24/7 access
-High speed Internet/WiFi (great for clients to get on Zoom calls if needed)
-High water pressure with Eco head.
-Rolling Styling station
-Coat closet (in bathroom) for clients and stylists
-ADA bathroom and entrance.
-Google home for timers and music, including security cameras
-Davines back bar haircare and styling product
-Refrigerator and freezer
-Reverse osmosis countertop for still drinking water
-Sparkling water for clients
-Water enhancements like chlorophyll and hydrogen tablets for clients
-Wine for clients
-3 lockers available (stylists must provide their own lock)
-1 color bar half shared with another tenant (I could add more if needed)
-Utility room with trash and recycling
-table and chairs downstairs to eat lunch snack or have a sit during a busy day.
-Sustainable conscious space using all eco friendly building materials, VOC free paint, vintage furniture and energy efficient appliances and lighting.
-Tons of natural light with curtains when it is too much, or privacy is wanted.
-Bustling Greenpoint area location adjacent to McGolrick Park on Nassau. 12 minutes to Nassau G train, Citi bike on opposite corner. Close to BQE for people taking cars, fairly easy street parking.
