Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and dedicated to providing top-quality nail care services while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
Perform manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, and other nail enhancements
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with state health regulations
Recommend and upsell nail care products and services
Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and designs
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Collaborate with spa team members to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere
Qualifications
Valid New York State Nail Specialty License
Proven experience as a nail technician in a spa or salon setting
Strong knowledge of nail care products, tools, and sanitation practices
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Creativity and passion for beauty, nail art, and current trends
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
