Here's what we're looking for; a team player, able to bring a mature, polished and welcoming image to our front desk and all facets of client/patient interaction, while nimble enough to handle the dynamic day-to-day operational tempo of our widely celebrated medical spa. This diverse hands-on post is a path to a management role in our multi-specialty practice, entering it's 25th year. Your responsibilities will include:
-mastering our highly individualized scheduling process
-new client/patient intake and orientation
-assisting with product inventory and ordering
-helping to maintain appearance and functionality of treatment rooms and premises at large
-ensuring compliance with company policies
-assisting our physicians and aestheticians, as required
Your core competencies should include:
-Strong typing/data entry skills
-Proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
-Ability to pivot between tasks, on the fly
-Aptitude for working effectively within a multi-specialty environment
-Detail oriented
-Exceptional communication skills
-Ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor and exercise sound judgement under all circumstances
-Being self-motivated
-Exceptionally strong organizational skills
