Note: This role will require working at both our Downtown Brooklyn & Midtown Manhattan locations.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Be the face of Nios! From greeting clients to handling calls, answering queries, scheduling appointments, and managing emails, you'll ensure our clients feel valued and cared for every step of the way. You will also assist with insurance authorizations and billing.

Office Admin: Keep things running smoothly by managing inventory, coordinating staff schedules, and maintaining a tidy workspace (around 5 minutes of light cleaning each day).

About You - The ideal candidate:

You're a people person, exuding warmth and professionalism both in person and over the phone.

You’re trustworthy, confidential, and personable - you're the epitome of professionalism.

You like to go the extra mile to give clients the best possible experience.

You cross all your T’s & dot all your I’s – you’re proficient in written and verbal English, with impeccable grammar and communication skills.

You have a cheery disposition and a good sense of humor!

You thrive in an organized, multitasking environment and stay cool under pressure.

You’re available for a 5-day workweek (either 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm, including one weekend day), with flexibility to rotate between our Manhattan and Brooklyn locations as needed.

You have experience with customer service - familiarity with spa software or medical office procedures is a huge plus.

You want to work somewhere for the long-term – at least a year (hopefully more), and grow your career along with our business.
