Responsibilities:
For Estheticians:
- Provide a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and microdermabrasion.
- Perform waxing, threading, and other hair removal services.
- Conduct consultations to understand clients' skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Stay updated with the latest skincare trends and techniques.
For Hair Stylists:
- Offer a full range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Requirements:
Valid state license for Esthetician and/or Hair Stylist.
Proven experience in a salon or spa setting.
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Bilingual Spanish/Bengali Preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
A positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
