Barkbox, Inc. seeks multiple Senior Analytics Managers in New York, New York.
Responsibilities: Gather and analyze data, make strategic recommendations, and provide implementation adjustments to our segmentation rules and strategy. Duties include: Analyzing Lifecycle Marketing & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) performance across multiple channels to develop strategic insights; Running cohort-based analysis to recommend new opportunities for segmentation and targeting based on both life stage, customer attributes, and user activity; Leveraging data from multiple sources to design, build, and automate Lifecycle Marketing reports and dashboards; Partnering with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Finance, Product and Planning) as well as product line Experience Managers to ensure consistency in customer metrics and insights; Implementing new segmentation and trigger capabilities for the Lifecycle Marketing team through development of SQL logic; and other duties as assigned. Employee may be stationed anywhere in the continental U.S., but will report to Barkbox headquarters in New York, New York. Salary range: $165k – 195k.
Education: Master’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Marketing, or related analytical field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: 3 years of experience in the job offered or related. Other special requirements: 3 years of experience working with Java, Ruby, Python, or similar programming languages; 3 years of experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, or similar data management systems; 3 years of experience cleaning, preparing, and maintaining the integrity of data pipelines to ensure accurate data reporting; and 3 years of experience analyzing data on historical customer segments to advise business on marketing strategies.
