Top View Sightseeing is a New York-based tourism company offering a variety of sightseeing bus tours, cruises, and bike rentals. Our growing sales team serves over 2500 customers daily and creates unforgettable experiences for visitors from around the world.
We are looking for self-starting, motivated Sales Reps to join our organization and help drive the growth further. As one of our Ticket Agents, you take the initiative in finding potential customers and guiding them through the sales process and finding the product or service that best fits their needs. You must have excellent communication skills and be well-versed in the art of direct sales and negotiation.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility in their work schedule, is financially motivated and has the ability to drive sales. This is a commission based sales job with unlimited earning potential.
Ticket Agent Representative Duties and Responsibilities
Move freely within your territory and meet potential customers one-on-one
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
Find the service that best meets the customers needs and close sales
Support customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction and find opportunities for further sales
Outside Sales Representative Requirements and Qualifications
Prior experience in sales, particularly in a direct sales environment
A self-starting, outgoing personality with good work ethic
Understanding of common sales techniques and tactics
