Position Overview:

As a Telephone Sales Agent & Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries. You'll assist customers with booking tours, answering questions about travel packages, handling concerns, and providing top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll also be responsible for handling inbound calls as a ticket agent, assisting with bookings, cancellations, and modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Call Handling: Respond to inbound customer calls regarding tour packages, booking inquiries, and ticketing information.

Sales and Upselling: Provide expert advice on available travel options, upsell additional products or services, and actively assist customers in booking their ideal trips.

Ticketing Support: Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring that all ticketing details are correct and up-to-date.

Customer Service: Address customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and seamless experience with every interaction.

Follow-up: Follow up on sales leads, customer feedback, and post-booking satisfaction.

Data Entry & CRM Management: Update customer details, booking information, and service inquiries in our CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.

Problem Solving: Effectively resolve customer complaints or issues related to bookings, travel plans, or other service-related matters.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar telephone-based role is preferred. Experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus.

Technical Requirements:

Must have a Windows PC with reliable internet access.

A USB headset is required for clear, professional communication.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a simple, clear, and friendly manner.

Sales Ability: Ability to engage customers, identify their needs, and offer relevant travel solutions.

Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customer concerns are addressed effectively.

Self-Motivated & Organized: Able to work independently in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.

Problem-Solving Ability: A calm, solutions-focused approach to resolving customer inquiries and issues.
