Job Description:
As a Solar Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our solar sales representatives. You will engage with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, introducing them to our products and services and qualifying their interest in solar energy solutions. Your role is crucial in facilitating the sales process and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
D2D Sales - Contacting leads to educate them about our solar products and services.
Pre-Qualifying leads to determine their level of interest and suitability for solar energy solutions.
Scheduling appointments for our sales representatives to conduct consultations with potential customers.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and appointment schedules.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and renewable energy concepts is a plus.
