Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and persuasive Sales Specialist to join our in-house team. This is a full-time, sales-focused position responsible for managing inbound calls, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into closed deals. The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and respond promptly to online lead submissions.
Guide potential customers through the data recovery process, explaining service options and value.
Convert leads into sales by securing payments, completing service agreements, and issuing shipping labels.
Clearly communicate pricing, turnaround times, and success expectations.
Address questions and overcome objections while building trust and credibility.
Document all customer interactions, payments, and lead statuses in our CRM system.
Conduct post-evaluation follow-ups to explain results and close service approvals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and case progression.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in inside sales, call center, or high-value service industries.
Excellent persuasion and closing skills with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Native-level fluency in both English and Russian (spoken and written).
Confident, professional phone presence with the ability to build trust quickly.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with accurate CRM usage.
Tech-related sales or service experience is a plus.
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
