The Everset is a Home Staging and Furniture Rental company that services the New York City area. We partner with some of the largest property owners and developers in the world to provide staging and furniture rental solutions.
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to help generate new staging leads and conversion and manage our marketing program.
Responsibilities – Sales/Business Development
Call and email real estate brokers, developers, property owners
Compile lists of new brokers and developments being built. Including completion date/contact info
Be knowledgeable about our products and services
Lead generation and conversion
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
Answer questions about the products
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
Identify and attend conferences and events where a sales opportunity may exist
Responsibilities – Marketing (digital marketing and advertising)
Create content and manage Instagram account, posting daily
Design, write, and send newsletters to email data base
Manage google and LinkedIn advertising
Site visits to distribute marketing collateral
Ideal Candidate
2+ years work experience in sales and marketing
Strong communication and public speaking skills
Friendly and personable demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with social media platforms
Experience with Google and LinkedIn adds.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Real Estate background a plus but not required
