We're a fast-paced custom print shop specializing in stickers, mylar bags, and packaging for the cannabis industry. We work with street-level entrepreneurs and brands who need quality packaging fast. We’re looking for a sharp Sales & Client Relations Associate who understands the hustle, knows the lingo, and can keep up with the pace.
Responsibilities
Manage all incoming DMs, texts, and calls from clients — respond quickly and professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Coordinate directly with production to schedule and deliver orders on time
Track client orders, follow-ups, and deadlines to ensure smooth operations
Understand client needs and make suggestions based on their business (e.g., sizes, designs, packaging options)
Keep communication respectful, street-smart, and aligned with the culture of the cannabis market
Requirements
Prior experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment
Must be comfortable communicating with cannabis clients and understanding industry terms
Strong multitasking skills — able to juggle multiple conversations and deadlines at once
Excellent written and verbal communication, with quick response times
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Dependable, consistent, and willing to take ownership of client satisfaction
