Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary + 10% Commission on Sales

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Junior Sales Representative to join our sales team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent college graduate with strong written and verbal communication skills who is eager to build a successful career in B2B sales. The position offers a blend of remote work and in-person client engagement, providing a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Development: Manage the full sales cycle—from identifying and qualifying leads to converting them into long-term clients.

Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct in-person meetings and product demos tailored to the prospect’s business needs.

Quoting: Prepare and present custom quotes, and walk prospects through pricing and value propositions.

Outbound Prospecting: Make at least 300 outbound cold calls per week to generate and nurture sales opportunities.

Pipeline Management: Track all activity and progress through the CRM platform, keeping records accurate and up to date.

Sales Goals:

- Minimum of 3 in-person or virtual meetings per week

- 1 formal quote presented per week

- 2 closed deals per month

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, or related field preferred)

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection

Tech-savvy; experience with CRM systems is a plus

Must be able to travel locally for sales calls as needed
