HIRING - Part Time Remote Telemarketing Outreach Specialist

The healthcare system is huge, with over 7,000 hospitals across the U.S., each having different departments that are important to how they run. Our goal is to reach key decision-makers in departments like operating rooms, supply chains, and nursing management.

Finding the right person isn't always easy—it can take several calls, speaking to different people, and going through various departments to finally connect with them.

We need professionals who are good at talking to people, keeping track of contact information, and building strong relationships. Being organized, patient, and flexible is important to succeed in this role, especially since hospitals can be complex environments to navigate.

Contract, Part-Time - Up to 20 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

● Contact Verification: Utilize your phone communication skills to call hospitals from our provided list, confirming and updating contact details (e.g., hospital name, department name, phone number, and contact person/title).

● Identify Decision-Makers: Engage with department personnel to identify key individuals, including managers, directors, and supervisors in operating rooms, supply chains, and nursing management.

● Promote an Upcoming Event: Inform decision-makers about our upcoming healthcare conference, addressing their questions, noting their interest, and offering resources to foster engagement.

Deliverables:

● A verified and updated contact list, ensuring all department and personnel information is accurate.

● Clear identification of decision-makers, complete with their roles and titles.

● Detailed notes on interest in follow-up or participation in the upcoming trade show.

● Consistent progress reports, including any challenges encountered and solutions implemented.
