Covenant Contracting Group Inc., a well-established general contracting company based in Whitestone Queens New York, is seeking a Highly motivated and experienced Construction Sales Representative to expand our footprint across the five boroughs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing both individual construction jobs and long-term service contracts with property management companies, building owners, and developers.

Job Description:

As a Construction Sales Representative, you will act as the bridge between property managers and our construction teams. Your primary responsibility will be business development — generating leads, building strong relationships, and closing deals for residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and connect with property management companies, landlords, and real estate groups

Pitch and secure contracts and recurring construction jobs such as:

Bathroom/kitchen/apartment renovations

Capital improvements and interior buildouts

Maintenance/turnover services and repair work

Conduct site visits and estimate walk-throughs in coordination with our project team

Track leads, proposals, and project opportunities using CRM tools

Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals

Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction

Stay up to date on NYC construction trends, pricing, and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction, facilities management, or related industry

Proven track record in closing commercial/residential renovation or repair projects

Familiarity with NYC building codes, renovation permits, and construction timelines

Established relationships with management companies strongly preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Self-driven, organized, and highly professional
