What you will be doing:As a live chat assistant, you will be compensated for responding to live chat messages on businesses' websites or social media accounts. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, sharing sales links, and providing discounts as needed.
Skills/background needed: Must possess a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Must be able to work autonomously, follow detailed instructions closely, and have a weekly availability of at least 5 hours during training. A reliable internet connection is essential. Proficiency in one of the following languages is required: Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Urdu.
