Manley's Wine & Spirits, an historic West Village wine store, is seeking a responsible, committed individual to join our small team full time.
The ideal candidate would be customer-service driven, demonstrate high attention to detail, and possess a strong sense of teamwork. We value honesty, enthusiasm, and an eagerness to learn.
Employees work behind the sales counter, in our temperature-controlled cellar, and take local deliveries on foot. Communication skills are critical as we primarily assist customers in-person and over the phone. This is an active position: you must be able to lift 40 lb. cases of wine and are expected to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of both the store and cellar.
Prior wine experience is a plus, but not necessary. You must be available for late-afternoon/evening shifts, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays. Pay will increase with added duties and responsibilities.
